Recent environmental and health crises showed how interconnected and interdependent we all are. These crises also highlighted the strain we put on natural resources. To sustain the pace at which we produce and consume natural resources, we would need the equivalent of three planets Earth by 2050. Action is needed now to save the planet and our civilisation, and the circular economy is one of the solutions. It can help us redesign the existing linear economic model into a more resilient, circular system. Mindset shift and systems thinking and acting are needed to co-create innovative solutions that value financial, natural, and human capital. Collaboration is the key to a successful and effective circular transformation.

But how do different stakeholders collaborate on the ground? How do they collaborate with the government? With what impact?
Circular Change, Holland Circular Hotspot and the ECESP invite you to the #EUCircularTalks on the role of network governance and circular economy hubs in the EU circular transition. Our special guest Prof. Jacqueline Cramer and the panellists will explore the impact of circular economy hubs on the ground. They will present cases and share experiences of the power of networks.
