DESCRIPTION
Willfix primarily focuses on professional mending and modification of high-performance outdoor garments, including technical and mountaineering apparel. A core competitive advantage for the business is its guarantee that the original Gore-Tex garment warranty will remain valid after the repairs are completed. Furthermore, Willfix provides a one-year guarantee on all work performed. This project addresses the market need for extending the lifespan and ensuring the continued functionality of expensive, high-quality outdoor gear, thus supporting sustainability within the outdoor industry. Customers are required to submit only newly washed garments for repair or assessment, and the service does not cover items such as shoes, backpacks, or tent floors.
