At Friendlier, we’re building a reverse logistics tracking software system to manage reusable packaging for businesses. Our technology enables brands to use and reuse circular packaging with individual tracking, supply chain data analytics, and sustainability impact tracking. We help food service businesses introduce reusable packaging, and allow their customers to return the packaging for a small deposit (that they can cash out or donate to a charity). Our vision is a world where single-use packaging does not exist, and all packaging is circular (reused or recycled). We work with leaders in industry to do this, and our customers include Loblaw Companies, the Compass Group Canada, and Aramark Canada.
